6. Third-Party Products and Services
We may recommend or source products from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or issues related to third-party products.
7. Limitation of Liability
NUURR DESIGN INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by clients, contractors, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
10. No Dispute / Binding Agreement
By purchasing services from NUURR DESIGN INC, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the matter.
You acknowledge that this Agreement, along with any approved proposals, invoices, or communications, constitutes a binding agreement.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the State of California.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in additional fees, collections, and/or legal action.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NUURR DESIGN INC, we strive to provide high-quality interior design services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project booking and cover initial planning and design work.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing
If cancellation occurs before work begins, only non-refundable deposits apply
If work has started, charges will apply for services already performed
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment
Billing error
Services not rendered
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once delivered or initiated:
Design concepts and plans
Consultations (virtual or in-person)
Sourced materials or custom orders
5. No Dispute / Chargeback Policy
By purchasing services from NUURR DESIGN INC, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide this agreement, along with proof of services rendered, as evidence.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees, collections activity, and/or legal action.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
